How to reset the password of an account
In case you have forgotten your password, you have the possibility to reset your password at the login page, to do so simply:
- Click on “forgot password”.
- Add the email address of the account you wish to reset the password of.
- Click on “Send”.
- An email should have been sent to you.
- Click on the “reset password” button inside of the email you have received or use the link provided in the email. Please note that the button link is only active for 24 hours, if the button link has expired, you have to request a new resetting email.
- The button will redirect you to the resetting page.
- Fill in the Email address, the New password and Confirm password fields.
- Click on "Reset password".
Your password has now been reset. You can login on your account with your new password right away!
- I did not receive the resetting email
If you did not receive the resetting email sent by EasyTranslate, follow these steps:
- make sure that the email you are entering is the correct email.
- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and then request a new resetting email.
