[Billing and Payment](https://knowledge.easytranslate.com/my-account?hsLang=en#billing-and-payment) # Wallet ## The wallet feature minimises the number of transactions and helps you optimise your payment flow   **How to view, configure and activate the wallet** To view and update your wallet settings, navigate to *Settings \> Finances \> Wallet*  The EasyTanslate wallet lets you optimise your payment flow by minimising the number of transactions. You can activate monthly recurring payments of a predefined amount to fund your wallet, which will then be used to automatically cover your translation expenses. **![](https://knowledge.easytranslate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-05-2026-02-09-52-9826-PM.png?width=605&height=414&name=undefined-Jun-05-2026-02-09-52-9826-PM.png)** Navigate to*Your expected monthly spending* to configure your monthly wallet re-charge. This value can be modified at any time and gives you the flexibility to adjust the refill amount according to your needs. Go to *Auto re-charge* *settings* to define when your wallet should be recharged. Set a *Minimum balance* that triggers an automatic wallet re-charge to ensure that you always have enough funds available to start the next project. If your balance falls below the minimum amount, it will recharge right away. As long as you don’t fall below the set minimum balance, funds will be added on a monthly basis on the date specified under *Preferred date*. To activate your wallet simply click on the toggle to change the status. Good to know: - The wallet feature is inactive by default. If you would like help to set it up please reach out to your customer success manager or contact us via the online support chat. - HumanAI usage is paid monthly, hence the balance displayed in the wallet overview is updated on the last day of the month. - You need to have an admin role to gain access to the recharge billing method section.
