1) Update contact properties each time you work on them. Especially lead status and lifecycle stage. Also, please ensure the general contact information looks clean.
2) Track your performance on Plecto each morning to determine your focus and goal for the day.
3) Won enterprise deals usually go to CS. The won package deals stay with BDM until signed for an enterprise deal.
4) When you win a deal, please put the relevant information in the Sales Bonus Sheet to give finance an overview for your salary.
5) When you are sick or on vacation, please write a handover for the rest of the team so your leads are taken care of while you are out. Also, put an automated out of office mail on your gmail account and add your colleagues mail address for the customer to reach out to as a cover for you. All new leads will be assigned to your colleagues if you are out of office more than one whole day. Additionally, you can activate a flow in Hubspot where all new emails written from a customer with an open deal on, will be forwarded to your team member on Slack. This way your customers are in great hands also during your absence.
6) If a deal that you have actively been working on closes with a little bit of help from your colleague while you are gone, the deal is still your win.
