How to respond to and process G2 reviews.
1) Client puts in review
2) CSM looks and responds.
-> For tech feature requests, please consult tech (FRP) to know if the required feature is in scope to be developed/deployed. Depending on the feedback, get back to the client.
3) Follow up with client off G2 to make them rase score once issue(s) have been resolved.
