How to set and edit your account and profile information
- How does your profile work and how to modify it:
Your profile is where you can find the personal information you have provided when you created your user account.
If you wish to modify the information you have provided at its creation such as your email, phone number or your password, you can do so by navigating to Setting > Account > Profile.
To modify the information you have provided, simply:
- Click on the field you wish to update- Change the information
- A “Save” and a “Cancel” button has popped up
- Click on the “Save” button to save or “cancel” to disregard the changes
Your profile information has now been updated.
To change your password, simply:
- Click on “Change password”- Add a new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click on the “Save” button to save or “Cancel” to disregard the changes
Your password account has now been changed.
- How does Account information work and how to modify it?
The account information is the information provided about your company, such as its account type, company name, email address and phone number. That information is common to the account and sub-accounts however, sub-accounts don’t have the possibility to modify the information.
In case your company has changed name, email or phone number, it is possible to modify it by navigating to Setting > Account > Account Information.
To change the company information, simply:
- Click on the field you wish to update- Change the information
- A “Save” and a “Cancel” button has popped up
- Click on the “Save” button to save or “cancel” to disregard the changes
The company information has now been changed.
Change your account language
We currently offer the platform in English, French and German. If you wish to change your account language, click the dropdown, and select the language you'd like to view the platform in.
