The balance of your account and its updates is shown in Settings > Payment > Balance.

  • How does balance work ? 

Each row of your balance displays the date of the update, the type of update, the invoice number, the current balance of your account and the amount removed or added to it. 


You can encounter three different types of updates to your account balance:

  • “Applied to invoice” means that an invoice has been paid with your balance credit 
  • “Adjustment” refers to a change in your balance, which can be both credit or debit
  • “Credit note”  indicates that a credit note has been applied to your to your balance
