Where to view and change the billing information
To view and update your billing information, navigate to Settings > Finances > Billing. Here you can adjust the billing address to be displayed on the invoices and define an email address the invoices should be sent to.
Good to know:

In order to successfully create a project, your billing details need to be updated and valid.
Use the function + Add custom field if you would like to add specific information to your invoices. This can for example be the name of a contact person, a project number or anything else you would like to add.
Click on View billing portal to access your Stripe overview. Here you can make changes to your subscription, see and adjust billing details and find an overview of your latest payments.


Which payment methods are supported

Accepted payment methods are credit card and SEPA. To add a new payment method simply click Add payment method and fill in the details.
To add a credit card you will be asked to provide the cardholder name, card number, expiration date and CVC code. To add SEPA, you are required to provide your name, email and the International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
How to change the default payment method
In the payment methods section, you can easily identify your default payment method by looking for the DEFAULT banner. Additionally, this section displays all of your active as well as expired payment methods. It is important to review and manage your payment methods regularly to ensure that your billing information is up to date so you don’t experience any delays when ordering translations.
To select a default payment method click on the three dots to the right of the payment method you wish to set as default and click on Set as default. Your chosen payment method will now display the DEFAULT banner.
How to delete a payment method
To delete a payment method that has expired or that you no longer wish to use, simply click on the three dots to the right of the respective payment method and choose Delete. This will remove the payment method from your list.
How to manage HumanAI invoicing
If you are using HumanAI you can choose how invoices are handled in your sub-accounts, thereby aligning the setup with your organizational needs. You have the possibility to have all costs charged to the main account or receive separate invoices for each sub-account, which gives you the flexibility to allocate cost to different cost centers.
