Here you can adjust the billing address to be displayed on the invoices and define an email address the invoices should be sent to.  ### ![](https://knowledge.easytranslate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-May-19-2026-08-56-26-9869-AM.png?width=626&height=654&name=undefined-May-19-2026-08-56-26-9869-AM.png) Good to know:  - In order to successfully create a project, your billing details need to be updated and valid. Use the function *+ Add custom field* if you would like to add specific information to your invoices. To add a new payment method simply click *Add payment method* and fill in the details.  To add a credit card you will be asked to provide the cardholder name, card number, expiration date and CVC code. To add SEPA, you are required to provide your name, email and the International Bank Account Number (IBAN).     **How to change the default payment method** In the payment methods section, you can easily identify your default payment method by looking for the *DEFAULT* banner. Additionally, this section displays all of your active as well as expired payment methods. It is important to review and manage your payment methods regularly to ensure that your billing information is up to date so you don’t experience any delays when ordering translations. To select a default payment method click on the three dots to the right of the payment method you wish to set as default and click on *Set as default*. Your chosen payment method will now display the *DEFAULT* banner. **How to delete a payment method** To delete a payment method that has expired or that you no longer wish to use, simply click on the three dots to the right of the respective payment method and choose *Delete*.
