During system setup

Step 1: Data preparation
Your EasyTranslate team curates your assets and helps you select the most suitable content for the training and validation phase. Step 2: Prompting and training of models

How to get onboarded to HumanAI

Reach out to your customer success manager (CSM) or contact us via the website support chat if you want to start the HumanAI onboarding process.

We allow for quick onboarding for most common languages and domains to get you started. If you want a highly customized setup that allows for handling of very complex requirements, we also offer an onboarding process to tailor the system to your specific needs, which looks like this:

Initial Meeting: You will meet with your AI training specialist to discuss requirements and quality expectations.

Data collection: We collect available translation assets, style guides etc. to train your system. Your AI training specialist will map out, curate and structure the relevant data for training and testing. 

Training and Testing: We perform language and content specific training of your systems. Together with language leads we evaluate the output and implement the language-specific feedback.

Feedback Loop: In this phase we further validate the system, review the outputs and add the finishing touches to your setup. Whenever possible we involve internal teams on the customer side to provide feedback. 

Implementation: Once the setup is validated and approved we implement your HumanAI system and activate the workflows in your EasyTranslate account. Once done, simply choose the HumanAI workflow when you create a new project.

Term extraction and approval feature: The consistent use of terminology is a vital part of any localization effort. Building up and maintaining a glossary, however, can be a very time consuming process. The term extraction feature offers you the option to automatically create synthetic glossary terms, thereby helping you to streamline their use across your content. The term approval builds on the term extraction and allows a linguist or internal user to review the AI-created glossary entries before they get applied to a project. Internal Review Editor: This feature gives you full control over refining and implementing preferential changes to your final translations. It provides a dedicated space to check terminology, style, and context before you download the final translation. String Library: You can use the string library on EasyTranslate to exchange data via different integrations.The connection to EasyTranslate is facilitated by a number of no-code plugins and our custom API which can be used together with HumanAI.
