How to get onboarded to HumanAI

We allow for quick onboarding for most common languages and domains to get you started. If you want a highly customized setup that allows for handling of very complex requirements, we also offer an onboarding process to tailor the system to your specific needs, which looks like this:

Initial Meeting: You will meet with your AI training specialist to discuss requirements and quality expectations.
Data collection: We collect available translation assets, style guides etc. to train your system. Your AI training specialist will map out, curate and structure the relevant data for training and testing.
Training and Testing: We perform language and content specific training of your systems. Together with language leads we evaluate the output and implement the language-specific feedback.
Feedback Loop: In this phase we further validate the system, review the outputs and add the finishing touches to your setup. Whenever possible we involve internal teams on the customer side to provide feedback.
Implementation: Once the setup is validated and approved we implement your HumanAI system and activate the workflows in your EasyTranslate account. Once done, simply choose the HumanAI workflow when you create a new project.
