Reports generated from your main account include data from the current account and all associated subaccounts, while reports generated from a subaccount contain data only from that specific account. **What information does the report provide** The translation report provides our customers with comprehensive visibility into their translation operations, serving as a centralized source of information for the following: - ***Financial Reporting**:* Analyzing spending patterns and validating translation costs. - ***Operational Insight:*** Tracking of task statuses and team usage as well as evaluating workflow efficiency by identifying which workflow steps (e.g., review, AI translation) are contributing to project timelines and costs. **What data is included** The report includes detailed information for every project and task, covering: - ***Financial Metrics:*** Tracking of total words, payable words, total price without VAT, and paid without VAT in the specified currency. - ***Project Metadata:*** Details such as company name, project link for direct access, internal identifier numbers, and project names. - ***Workflow & Status:*** Documentation of source and target languages, workflow types (e.g., HumanAI Translation + Review), project status, and individual task status and task type (e.g., AI translation, review). - ***Administrative Details:*** Tracking of source file names, folder location, full user names, and creation timestamps for accountability and organization.
