Where to access the report
To access and download the translation report go to
Settings -> Accounts -> Translation Reports
Choose the time interval you want included in the report and click on Download report to receive a .csv file.

The data included in the report depends on your account setup. Reports generated from your main account include data from the current account and all associated subaccounts, while reports generated from a subaccount contain data only from that specific account.
What information does the report provide
The translation report provides our customers with comprehensive visibility into their translation operations, serving as a centralized source of information for the following:
- Financial Reporting: Analyzing spending patterns and validating translation costs.
- Operational Insight: Tracking of task statuses and team usage as well as evaluating workflow efficiency by identifying which workflow steps (e.g., review, AI translation) are contributing to project timelines and costs.
What data is included
The report includes detailed information for every project and task, covering:
- Financial Metrics: Tracking of total words, payable words, total price without VAT, and paid without VAT in the specified currency.
- Project Metadata: Details such as company name, project link for direct access, internal identifier numbers, and project names.
- Workflow & Status: Documentation of source and target languages, workflow types (e.g., HumanAI Translation + Review), project status, and individual task status and task type (e.g., AI translation, review).
- Administrative Details: Tracking of source file names, folder location, full user names, and creation timestamps for accountability and organization.
