Usage
Go to the usage section to get a comprehensive overview of your current platform usage.
This section of the platform helps you keep an overview of your usage metrics. Whether you would like to view the amount of words used across the entire organisation, monitor the individual usage of different subaccounts or wish to directly compare details of specific subaccounts, the platform provides the tools to visualize the needed data.

To access the full summary of your organization's platform usage as well as separate data for each of your subaccounts log into your EasyTranslate main account and navigate to
Settings -> Usage
Here you can choose to view the Total Company Usage, as well as the Subaccounts Usage, depending on your setup.
Where to view the total company usage
This section provides an overview of the total combined usage of your main account and all subaccounts (if applicable). It includes information about your billing period as well as a comprehensive summary of the utilization of the different subscription components. The most important category, especially when using HumanAI, is the Word credits category which lets you monitor the amount of word credits used at any given time. See HERE for details on how the word credit usage is calculated across the different translation services.
The overview additionally provides information about automation workflows, the number of string library keys and your team of translators, which is relevant if you are using a human translation workflow. Finally, the chart provides information on the included tiers and the current usage of the different components in the running billing period (in %).

Where to view the subaccounts usage
This section provides an list of all subaccounts and their respective subscription component usage. To view a dialog with the team usage details please click on View details on the right hand side.


How to access and compare your usage data
The system lets you compare the usage data of subaccounts. Note that a maximum of two teams can be compared at a time. Set a tick mark next to the team names of the two subaccounts you would like to compare and click on Compare teams. This will open a new dialog displaying the data of both subaccounts for comparison.

What are word credits and how are they calculated
In your account the translation volume is represented by word credits. The usage of these word credits is categorized by translation type, where different services consume a different amount of credits. The number of word credits used per word for each service is defined and individually configured by your customer success manager to fit your needs and type of licence.
Example: Your licence includes 240'000 word credits and you wish to use both Human Translation and HumanAI. Human translation is using 1 word credit per word which means you can translate up to 240'000 words. HumanAI on the other hand is only using 0.333 word credits per word which means you can translate up to 720'000 words with our highly customisable AI solution.
